Treat Towers to go on sales block
San Francisco Business Times, 4/13/2012

Landlords Equity Office Properties and TIAA-CREF are looking to sell Treat Towers, twin 10-story, Class A office towers totaling approximately 374,000 square feet in Walnut Creek.

The towers, at 1255 Treat Blvd., are part of the Pleasant Hill BART transit village close to Interstate 680.

The property “was marketed for a short time in 2007 prior to the meltdown and is the first significant offering in the Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill BART market in the past five years,” according to a report from Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank.

The buildings are leased by Whiff Collins and Tim Hogan of Cassidy Turley BT. The sale is reportedly being handled by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
